What does cold-pressed mean?

Heat, which damages the nutrients in vegetable and fruit juices, is created by most household juicers due to friction from spinning blades.
Our 150 lb cold-press machines gently press vegetables and fruits between two steel plates. No heat is generated. This method ensures that all vitamins, minerals, and enzymes essential in the juice remain undamaged by heat or oxidation.
What is the difference between Le Reset juices and juices from a grocery store?
Le Reset juices and shots are 100% raw, cold-pressed, and unpasteurized. Our juices harvest all the potent nutrients of each ingredient to deliver maximum benefits.
As per federal regulations, juices sold in grocery stores are required to undergo pasteurization. The most common juice pasteurization method is known as high-pressure pasteurization (HPP). HPP eliminates 99.999% of microorganisms present in the juice, but also eliminates the beneficial enzymes, phytonutrients, and vitamins in the process. Learn more here.
HPP extends the shelf life of juice to anywhere from 30 - 140+ days.
Juice that has been pasteurized significantly lacks nutrient content and is different from raw, unpasteurized Le Reset juices.
How should I store my juices?
To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your shots and juices in the refrigerator as soon as they are delivered.
Our juices are raw and unpasteurized, so they should be consumed within 3 days of receipt to ensure optimal taste and potency.
Shake well before sipping. Separation is natural.
